Holiday Inn Express Ramsgate - Minster By Ihg - Manston (Kent)

This place suits me perfectly, offering reliable wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped with local food delivery, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

It's clean, excellent staff and amenities.

Cleanliness,bright and clean decor,nice walk in showers,could do with more clothes hanging facilities we found it very handy for visiting my aunt who lives in ramsgate at a reasonable price.

We thought the the smoking area could be moved away from the main entrance

The room I had was very modern in design & very clean, complimentary breakfast was specified as 'continental' but there was an excellent selection of foods such as cereals, fruits, bacon & scrambled eggs.

It was a great and magnificent location just off Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Sandwich, Minster village half mile away attractive with pubs and lovely old church as well as pubs and lovely old church. Also, St Mary's Church was just 1 km away.

I came for a family wedding - toured in the car all childhood Thanet memories

The room was clean and functional and close to family whom we wished to see.

We thought breakfast provision was basic and poor.

Easy to find, excelent breakfast, better than the basic idea of "continental".Would be vey handy for the Kent Airport and Channel Ports.

Stayed at the hotel a number of times - it is a place I would recommend.The recent addition of hot food at breakfast is nice.

It was very modern and comfortable, the breakfast was good value.

This Hotel is near from diffrents nice center towns.The staff was great and the breakfast very well.The room was clean and tall for two

incl breakfast tho it was much like a cattle market and anyone could've walked in and helped themselves with no monitoring in place

receptionist upon check in kept us waiting nearly 20 mins with no apology and no acknowledgement. 2nd person on reception didnt even make eye contact or offer of help. Also we were given a twin room. there was no option for a double room. also we were not informed of breakfast facilities, and had to chase info up ourselves.

The stay was quite pleasant, and we enjoyed the clean and comfortable room with a great shower. Breakfast offered a decent selection, though it could benefit from a bit more variety. The location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like the brewery and Minster Village, which is known for its fish and chips. A minor downside was the lack of accessible signage in the lobby area, which could be improved for easier navigation.

Good work base location. Consistent room standards. Good value for money on the room rate particularly as an acceptable breakfast is included. Housekeeping is good too - rooms always have a fresh feel about them - none of that damp beddy atmosphere so often found in hotels which have a high people turnover.

Easy going about smokers but do dislike walking down the hallways in which there are smoking rooms - smell does hang in the air
